NIL Education for Families

NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) rules have changed the game for student-athletes. Before your athlete signs anything or posts sponsored content, understand the rules and risks.

NIL is complex and evolving. ABF provides educational resources only. Before your athlete enters any NIL deal or sponsorship arrangement, consult with a qualified sports attorney or your school's athletic director. Rules differ significantly between high school, college, and state governing bodies.
